Return Policy

Once the item is received, you have a period of 14 days to return it. The request will be made in writing via email (sales@emeerree.com), with subject: Return + Order Number. We will proceed to the refund (excluding the initial shipping costs) once it has been received and reviewed that it meets the minimum requirements for its return. We will not cover the return shipping costs. It must be sent back with tracking number and certificate.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction. 

Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them.  

-1. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of it, of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the / the product / s while they are in your possession.

-2. Nor can you make any return of products that have been personalized, or have been made through Pre-Sale, since they are made to order.
-3. No exchange and return of lingerie can be made for hygienic reasons.
-4. Return the item using or including all its original packaging, instructions and other accompanying documents.
If any of these requirements are not met, the returned items will be resent. Since they do not meet the minimums for the return.


Once the package is received, check that the garment is in perfect condition. If not, immediately contact the email: sales@emeerree.com all the information about the defective item.
We are not responsible for defects or defects caused by the mistreatment of the garment. All items are labeled with care and composition.
